LouLou Fitness is a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer who is passionate in helping people to move better with fitness. Using music within the classes gives everyone an enjoyable experience to keep our minds and bodies healthy with movement.

About LouLou

Since I was a little girl I have always enjoyed dancing and took part in all the dance activities in school. In 2007, I was introduced to Salsa and I absolutely loved it. Not only did I enjoy the social aspect of Salsa, dressing up and wearing heels, I also enjoyed losing weight and getting into shape. However the weight loss did not last long as I had problems with my digestive system and my weight just ballooned.

In January 2011 I decided I wanted to change my life and lose weight. I heard a lot about Zumba Fitness® and joined a class and signed up to Slimming World to help me with my diet. After a few months I was addicted to Zumba® and in August 2011 I decided to train as a Zumba® Instructor. Shortly after qualifying I opened Zumba® classes in Barking and Goodmayes.

The Zumba® Fitness workout gives you different styles of music such as Salsa, Reggaeton, Cha Cha, Merengue, Cumbria to name a few with basic dance steps that gives you a great workout while having fun and meeting new friends.

To date I am a fully qualified fitness instructor, Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and Sports Coach. I have lost 9 stone during my weight loss journey and I am now fitting into clothes that are size 10 – 8!! I feel so happy and healthy that I now want to give something back to help others get themselves started on a path to feeling healthy again.
